Every repair we perform comes with a 30-day workmanship warranty from the date of completion. We stand behind our work.

What's covered

  • The specific issue we repaired returning within 30 days
  • Defects in workmanship related to the repair we performed
  • Parts we supplied that fail within their manufacturer warranty period

What's not covered

  • New, unrelated issues that develop after the repair
  • Damage caused by accidents, liquid spills, drops, or misuse
  • Software issues caused by user actions after the repair (e.g. installing infected software)
  • Hardware that fails outside its manufacturer warranty period
  • Repairs to other computers or devices

How to make a warranty claim

Call us at 0414 796 390 or email senaddulic@hotmail.com within 30 days of your repair. Have your invoice number ready. We will assess the issue and, if it is covered, fix it again at no charge.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
