How service area visits work
For most repairs you have three options: drop-off (fastest and cheapest), on-site visit (best for desktops, networks and business IT), or remote support (great for software issues we can fix without coming out).
On-site visits
We bring everything we need — laptops, parts, network testers, screwdrivers, the lot. Most jobs are completed in 1–2 hours on-site. There is a small call-out fee that is waived if you proceed with the repair.
Remote support
Many software fixes (slow PC, malware, settings, account issues, training) can be done remotely without us setting foot in your house. We use a secure, one-time connection that you control — you see everything we do and disconnect us when we're done.
