No fix, no fee
Our diagnostic fee is $49. If you proceed with the repair, the diagnostic is included free. If we cannot solve your problem, you do not pay anything.
What is included in a diagnostic?
A full health check of your computer — hardware tests (drive, RAM, temps, PSU under load), software inspection (malware scan, system errors, driver issues, Windows health), and a clear written summary of what is wrong and what it will cost to fix.
What if my repair needs parts?
Parts are quoted separately and added to the labour price. You always see the full price before we order or install anything. We use quality OEM-grade parts, not no-brand clones, and everything we install is covered by our 30-day warranty.
