Terms of Service

By engaging Senad Computers for repair services, you agree to the following terms.

Quotes and pricing

All quotes are provided in writing or verbally before any chargeable work begins. Diagnostic fees may apply but are waived when you proceed with the recommended repair (see "No fix, no fee" below).

No fix, no fee

If we are unable to diagnose or resolve your computer issue, no diagnostic fee is charged. This does not apply to parts ordered, third-party services, or repairs that are completed but not paid for.

Authorisation

By handing over your computer for repair you authorise us to perform the diagnostic work needed to quote, and any repair work you subsequently approve. We will not make significant changes (such as wiping a drive or installing parts) without your express approval.

Data and backups

While we take all reasonable care, you are responsible for backing up your own data before bringing your computer in. We are not liable for any loss of data that may occur during repair, except where directly caused by our negligence.

Warranty

All workmanship is warranted for 30 days from the date of repair. See our warranty page for details.

Uncollected items

Equipment left uncollected for more than 90 days after a completed (and paid) repair, or 30 days after notification, may be disposed of in accordance with applicable laws.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a repair is limited to the cost of that repair. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
