How much does a computer repair cost?
Most common repairs at Senad Computers fall between $89 and $249. We charge a flat $49 diagnostic fee that is waived if you proceed with the repair. You always get a fixed quote before we start any work — no surprises.
How long do repairs take?
Most software issues (slow PC, virus removal, Windows problems) are completed same-day. Hardware repairs and upgrades are usually next-day. We will give you a clear turnaround estimate when you book.
Do you come to me or do I bring the computer in?
Both. We offer drop-off service and on-site visits across the Liverpool and southwestern Sydney area. On-site is ideal for desktops, networking issues, and business support.
What if you can't fix my computer?
If we cannot fix the problem, you do not pay. Our diagnostic is no-fix, no-fee. We will explain exactly what is wrong and recommend the next best step.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every repair comes with a 30-day workmanship warranty. If the same issue returns within 30 days, we fix it again at no charge.
Can you recover my data if my hard drive failed?
In most cases yes. We have a high success rate on logical failures (corrupted partitions, accidental deletion, failed Windows updates). For physical drive failures we work with a clean-room recovery partner. We will assess and quote before any work.
Do you work on Apple Macs as well as Windows?
Yes. We service both Windows PCs and Apple Macs (MacBook, iMac, Mac mini). We do not currently work on iPhones or iPads.
